Will we be able to buy ingame currency and/ or the battle pass with blizzard balance?
Or do we have to pay via credit card?

I would assume that since the in-game shop uses the same framework and API as the Battle.net shop, it would allow for what you’re seeking to do. D:I allowed that I believe so D4 should as well.
There was a guy a day ago on reddit who said he bought ultimate edition with all his wow gold.
So I see no point why you could not.
