It should. The seasonal power functioned as a regular curse and worked with e.g. Bloodmoon Breeches.
Yeah, I think this is also partly why they changed the wording of the aspect bc it used to specify it required both Necro curses by name and now it just says “any curse,” instead of “either curse.”
