As the title asks, is it even possible for spiritborn to hit 1B without a witch power bug? I am running quill volley overpower with 12k life, 294 resource, 2k dex. My glyphs are 91-92 (Fulminate, Hubris, Revenge, Spirit, Talon). Currently my average damage is around 150-200M… is there something I am missing or is this where it tops out in season 7?

1+1 is also 2, what is your point? I am not clear on where you are getting 16 from.
You shoot 8 quill volleys back and forth equals 16. When every feather hits for 200 million you have 3,2 billion per skill cast. Best case of course.
Or are you saying, that every 16 feathers together hit for “only” 200 million?
I am not using rebounding, so only throwing out 8 feathers. And each one is only hitting for 150-200M. Ideally each feather should be hitting for billions to compete in higher pits… but it seems i am hitting a ceiling around pit 90
Ok, so you have 1,6 billion per skill cast. That was your question.
That this is not enough, is sadly another story. More attackspeed?
Abyssal ressonance could be an option. Eldtrich skill every 1 sec gem and eldtrich skills are doing 48% more damge could aslo be an option.

Considerably less than the 800,333,999,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 QV was hitting for last season. I also saw a SB die earlier.

I have and EQ Barb running around pressing zero anttack skills and hitting 6-7 billion between quakes and auras. Just have to refresh a shout every now and then:
So i think part of my issue was that I didnt have the fortify aspect on (doh!), so I added that and then a 4ga starless skies for the attack power and crit chance - i just ran a pit 90 and saw some hit got up to ~950M. I wish there was more ways to passively fortify than just the aspect and Raheir.
There is a gem that maybe help.
You can with Banished Lord Talisman, you need minimum 275 resources. I assume you know you have to stay point blank to the target or use vortex to pull them in for all feathers hit the target.
Skill + gear issue.
You lack the skill to understand why your gear choices matter. You’ll never be a Billy with that level of ignorance.
Your max life is way too low for a build that relies on Overpower.
Do you have fortify?
Poison builds feel so bad, atm.
Everyone and their dog is playing ultimates and they seemed to forget that Devourer still hits like a wet blanket.
