I got a max rank seasonal character already, Torment 2. On this character the Coven’s favor rank advances when I’m doing the event (no more quests available to complete, just need to grind really).
I’ve created a new character seasonal character, spiritborn. I just realized on lvl35 I cannot even start progressing the ranks, its standing on zero and no coven rank progressing. I got no available quest (I assume the quest line in season can be completed once as an accoung “bound” story).
So… what’s the issue? I need to do what? Level up this character to max level to start earning Coven’s favor rank or… is this a bug?
