Can Quill Volley make it to Torment 4 quickly?

What build can I get to Torment 4 very quickly? I rerolled Spiritborn and I’m Paragon 180, and I have a Rod of Kekw. Somehow I was able to gamble it immediately after hitting 60.

My first character was stuck in Torment 3 limbo and I rerolled Spiritborn to reach my goal of unlocking Torment 4.

So I’m assuming I can get there with Quill Volley although I’m open to suggestions for a build that can let me unlock Torment 4 within 3 days.

I’m a fresh 60, 180 paragon, Rod of Kekw, and really nothing else. I want to unlock Torment 4 before Call of Duty Black Ops 6 comes out on Friday.

So can you please recommend me a build to play to reach my goal of Torment 4 within a few days?

Any of the quill volley builds from Maxroll, D4, followed properly should certainly allow you to hold your own in T4. Ubers aren’t even necessary really due to how solid the uniques are for this build. Im at T3 and switched to a Maxroll QV build few days ago and could do T4 however I’m just taking my time as my wife plays and she has some catching up to do heh. Maxroll site is a bit more in depth at explaining how things work FYI. D4 seem to usually build arpund a uber but iant always necessary to have it. Moba is kind of an between the previously mentioned sites, not overly informative but not bare bones on descriptions like D4 site is.

Probably the main hurdles that could hinder you would be being unlucky with tempering and master working bonuses, if you absolutely planned on 100% min/max your stats. The temper and MW system hasn’t been overly kind to me, so you may end up with some briked gear with unwanted stats which can take time to find another piece to work on.

I made it to Torment 4 . Getting 100% Resource Generation was night and day. I went from struggling in Torment 2, to clearing Pit 65 in under 8 minutes. I followed the Maxroll guide that has different levels of gear and, I actually put paragon points into intelligence for resource generation to get up to 70%+ combined with the skill that gives 30%, as well as sacrificing a few talent points to get more resource generation.

It’s a night and day difference having 100% oh and it requires a 50 gen unique ring Ring of the Midnight sun. It MUST be 50. If it’s a 49 then the build requires 150% gen not +100%. I got that ring by saving up Gregior summon materials and forming a group on Party Finder to farm him.

Good luck.

I had the build working with a 44 gen ring so 50 is not actually required, it just means you can free up paragon nodes in int and resource gen.

Actually, the fact that endgame builds above 250 Paragon require so many legendaries isn’t good. Uniques are basically handed out, even Ubers. When gambling obols, if an ancestral item drops, it’s very likely that the 2000 obols spent will result in another useless unique or a legendary weapon. Just to give an idea of the situation, I’m close to leveling all my glyphs to 100, all of them… and I haven’t gotten a single engraving upgrade that I’m using

If you will use as a model vanilla S-tier build Quill from d4builts T4 easy, the only minor challenge is learning how to avoid “1 shot” technic from mobs.
But … for quality of life you want to masterwork your gear above 8  If you don’t have TM myth you must get from your helm DR 20%+

You can get to pit 150 with it
