I purchased the pet Little William from the Sins of the Horadrim reliquary last season. It now shows in the wardrobe as locked as if I no longer own it. I have it currently selected, but if I unselect it, I can’t reselect it.
It’s weird, nobody had this issue for the moment.
Update: it looks like I can select it and make it my pet even though the UI says I shouldn’t be able to.
I encountered the same issue with the Little William pet. Appears as locked, but I can equip it. I noticed the same thing with one of my town portal skins, namely the “Austere Gate” (sand looking portal from season 3). It’s listed with the “locked” icon in the selection menu, but I can equip it.
Since it happened with both a pet and a town portal, I suspect there’s more cosmetic items with this issue, regardless of category, but I don’t have the time nor energy to check out every single one of the locked items.
