No one can give an opinion without knowing, but most likely the answer is no.
You donāt need to. The game has a built in macro called āScroll of Escapeā. It will save you from anything except a DC.
I feel like you donāt know what a macro is.
As for OP, usually games like this require one button press = one action. I believe I read someone used autohotkey to macro stuff and he got perma banned. So I would not risk it myself.

Donāt talk about fight club! I can tell you streamers do it all the time and itās easily noticeable by watching their videos. Just donāt call yourself out on it. My girlfriend always laughs when it sounds like me using a type writer when I play. Watching some streamers, youāll hardly ever hear clicks other than the starts or ends of their runs. Maybe an occasional click when moving between the mobs. No doubt macros are in use.
If you want to learn more about macros and Diabloā¦The StarPact Wizard (it had to do with a meteor build) in Diablo 3, had a great controversy over macros. Very few players could prove they could pull off the combo without using macros rift after rift. The ones that did would record themselves doing such and it was impressive for them to keep their skills lined up with their rotating element ring. Sure players could do it for a bit but the leaderboards were filled with these wizards that seemingly did it for days on end.

Edit: I know there are microphones that professionals use to reduce noise like that but most of the microphones I see arenāt capable of masking it entirely.
Yeah, streamers use auto click to sell everything in the bag for example, using 1 click and just moving mouse around.
If I were to use a rotation macro 
Iād introduce random pauses between each click, in miliseconds. So it looks organic. Spamming a keyboard click every exact 10000ms is easy to notice by automatic blizzard systems.

A set of actions or inputs bound to a single key press or a combination of key presses.
Ex: User āIvaldiā has setup a macro so that when he presses āCtrl+X+Lā his computer diables his network adapter, via a series of commands or inputs he setup, in order to DC in unsafe situations quickly on his favorite Minecraft server. Now that he has a āScroll of Escapeā he can get a similar effect with the same result as an in-game item. Any time he is about to die he can now just press āMā (which he has mapped to the new āScroll of Escapeā), instead of using his macro to DC, to get out of any situation in which he lacked the skill to save himself.
