I keep collecting 3000 grim favors and it just starts over again. So frustrating.
don’t do it and you won’t get stuck.

Once you’ve maxed out your reputation for the tree of whispers you get that repeatable quest. Up to you if you want to keep completing it for another cache of goodies.

Untrack the quest, ignore the counter. Unless you want the extra goodie bags.

Thanks all - thought maybe was a glitch but the glitch is on me.
It’s not worth repeating. It’s a lot of grind for no significant reward.
It should be 1000 rep or less, instead of 3000 for what you get from that cache.
