I just don’t understand what they mean in this wording

What exactly do i need to do?

Just play the game. You’ll eventually get to whatever tier in the battle pass contains the ashes. Completing Season Journey tasks earns you more favor, so doing those will get you there faster.

I am stage 4 season Journey and 35 battle pass tier.

Still only ever got 1 ash and can’t click on any more that are available on specific pass stages.

Level 48 ingame on a season spiritborn if that matters also.

So before, you could purchase a Battle Pass Skip, which would advance you so many levels in the battle pass itself. Which technically unlocked Ashes, but they put a level requirement behind the ashes, so you had to reach a certain character level before you could use the Ashes.

Now they’ve changed it so once you unlock the Ashes, regardless of character level, you can use them. Also why the skips now don’t unlock the Ashes themselves, just cosmetics.

Yeah, that seems like a bug or your account is messed up. I think before, they got auto claimed but now you have to manually claim them.

Yeah, but i can claim other battle pass rewards.

But i get the warning text as seen on the picture wen holding over it and it’s not clickable
