I’ve bought Diablo IV on preorder and I spent a heavy price. I’m so aggravated because everytime I try to download the open beta it tells me “not currently available”. I dunno why. I followed through on the instructions and even received the in console link. But when I take it the error is all I get. I’ve tried searching for it in the store, I’ve reset my console and I’ve even tried to contact blizzard and Xbox themselves. I’m at a loss. Anyone have any ideas?
And maybe currently unavailable for download due to all the problems that they’re having. Not quite sure but you should be able to find it in the Xbox marketplace. As long as you’ve pre-ordered the game you get access to the beta right now next weekend is the full open beta if you haven’t pre-ordered.
On my experience, I got the game from the Xbox store initially, I played for the day and then tried to play on the PC next day, but Battle Net told me I had to do the purchase, I thought that maybe the Xbox Store was not a good place to purchase it, so I canceled that purchase and went to Battle Net and got it from there. I was able to play on PC, but now I am not able to play on the Xbox. The Xbox Live is linked to my Account, and I thought getting the game will be cross play, but not that I had to pay for both the PC and Xbox. The Character that I played on Xbox did appeared when playing on PC, so I don{t understand why the purchase is not recognized on both sides, or if as intended I will have to pay to pay on both places
Nothing unique about Diablo 4. Buying on one platform doesn’t give you a free copy for every other platform available.
