I am a leader of a clan and when I enter the game I can see outstanding clan requests to join waiting to be accepted, however the screen is grayed out.
It’s getting to the point where people think I just don’t want to add them and have to share screenshots so they see I’m not lying.
I have two officers that are on PC and don’t have this same issue. Help!
Same here on the PS5. I can’t accept request ether. I have to ask my officer’s to accept them for me. Suck that I have to bother them in case they maybe in a nmd, pit, or trial. Please fix this Blizzard.
I have the same problem. This problem occurs on Xbox. Officers PS5/PC has no problem. This started from patch #57293. Community Manager please find and fix this message as soon as possible.
Just tried to approve someone today on my Series S, the option is just not there. Had to boot up the PS5 to accept the approval
This issue occurs because the cursor is stuck on the “Last Editor” in the clan name.
When you join a party with a player who is not a clan member, the “Last Editor” item disappears temporarily and JoinRequest works normally. This state will continue until you log out.
Ok, PS5 here and same thing is happening and has been happening for overa week.
Just ran into the same problem. Impossible to accept a clan join request on Xbox SeX.
