EDIT: I figured it out. Apparently, I needed to be in Torment I or higher. As soon as I switched, it all worked. They really should clarify what “campaign state” means. Maybe red text saying something like, “Can only be completed in Torment 1 or higher.”
Hello. I skipped the original campaign questline with season 6. Now, I have a problem. I have only two quests in log, and they are as follows.
“Crater of Lost Souls”
The above is marked unable to complete due to party’s campaign state. I’ve never been in a party.
“Echo of Hatred”
This is the one where you’re supposed to go back to Nevesk and enter the church. Well, there is no church. It’s burned and sits in ruin. There is also no yellow gate on the map.
I literally have no way forward. Neither offers an abandon option.
