I can not seem to get this season quest “Call of the wolves”. I don’t remember whether I have talked to Doomsayer, but Probably did. however there is no way of checking the completed quests. I don’t remember if I ever picked up medalion or got quest for it. I went to Ironwolf village, but I don’t see that npc that all the quest guide mention if I ever have done any of this quest. Where can I get help with this? 
Are you talking about the S4 questline? We are now in S5.
