Butcher spawns too often?

Noticed that the Butcher spawns for me about every 2-3 dungeons. Is it the same for everyone else or am I just really unlucky?
Dont get me wrong, I like the occasioanl surprise Butcher but at this frequence it quickly gets old.
Just want to hear your experiences with the Butcher so far.

I’m about level 61 and have only seen him once. My cousin saw him like 5 times in one day though.

I think that just might be bad rng. I’m in WT3 at lvl 53 and I haven’t had the butcher spawn even once.

I have only seen him twice now. Once in the Server Slam and once in EA. Not sure I want to run into him in World T3…lol

does he respawn when you kill him? i had him 3 times. after i killed him he never appeared again

Currently killed him 8 out of 10 times and he keeps reappearing.
My brother calls him my Stalker now

Lvl 51 here. Never seen him

im level 42

hopefully i can run into him in the next few dungeons

I played all the beta weekends, hit max level, and I’ve hit 51 and still have not seen the Butcher. What a strange difference in our experiences.

Lvl 45, haven’t seen him yet. I guess my meat is not as fresh =[

im lvl 68 and ive seen him 4 times. normally I don’t mind and he’s a loot pinata. The last time however was rough… I was in a nightmare dungeon, and running into an elite pack and all of a sudden I hear “FRESH MEAT”.

I only have gotten him once on my Sorc at low level.

Butcher spawn is Blizzard saying, “You are having fun. Let’s put an end to that now.”

Haven’t had The Butcher spawn once. I almost forgot the Butcher is even in this game sometimes.

He seems purely random, which means with millions of players there’s some poor slob who has gotten him in every dungeon lol.

Still running through the story but after about 50 - 60 dungeons I’ve only seen him once so far. That’s running on WT 1 and WT 2.

Interesting. The consensus seems to be that he is a rare occurence. That makes me an outlier with my now 12 Butcher spawns.

Heck, I wish I had butcher spawn a lot for me. That dude is a loot pinata to me the three times I fought him.

Honestly at that much spawns I would be happy to share some of those with you.
I am just trying to complete dungeons for renown currently and wouldnt mind him taking a break
