i think i got only ancestral uniques while playing on WT4 but the butcher dropped his rar unique “The Butcher’s Cleaver” on sacred difficulty while fighting him on WT4 in a nightmare dungeon
WT4 only unlocks Ancestral drops, it does not guarantee them. So far it’s been a roughly 50-50 split for me in terms of whether I get Sacreds or Ancestrals.
