It is not proccing the same as before the patch. It procd twice during a whole 55 NM. WTH?? That is build breaking !!

My understanding is that it was bugged prior to the patch and now it’s working as designed. Wudijo has touched on it a few times on his stream post patch.

nobody cares, they literally killed a build in the middle of a season. circumstances doesnt matter, this is one example of a reason why people quit the game.
EDIT: And they dont even have the balls to document it in the patch notes.

Yeah it sucks. It feels so sluggish now. I was pretty close to killing Uber Lilith but I didn’t push hard last week because this change was not in the patch notes.

It’s entirely possible that it wasn’t intentional too. I’ll have to see if they respond to it. The poison build definitely feels slower.

They just killed the poison build. when bliz trying to fix something is 100% that something else will be broke.

Barbarian here, our bleed aspect has been disabled multiple times due to infinite stacking bleed bugs. I hasn’t been working since 1.1.0 release and supposed to be fixed in 1.1.1.
Sounds like other classes are finally getting the same treatment with the infinite stacking poison bug.

even with a 30 % lucky hit chance it is procing way less that before essentially rendering the build useless and an rng fest
