Here is a mix between Blizzard + Ice +Orb build, and Summon fire build :

Final Result on NM100 (Eternal Realm) :
COLD : Blizzard (+ice spike) + Ice shard + Frozen Orb + Frost Nova
→ for mobs
FIRE : Hydra
→ for elites and boss
I’m using Oculus and Raiment.
Lightning Spear to stun, flame shield for defence.
With Aspect of the Umbral (Restore 4 mana when you Crowd Control an enemy) + Blizzard + orb + frost nova + lightning spear, you don’t have any mana probleme any more. On Elites, Hydras are making the job.
I only play non-season, on Eternal Real. Is you have, ideas to improuve this buils, on paragon board, for exemple, or tested on Season, let’s share !

Almost identical to my build except i dumped the lightning summons for ice sheild and didn’t invest in ice shards for the enchantment… its amazing fun. May try a variation of this out later to see the difference.
Mmmh taking a quick look at your paragon you definetely use the right glyphs, you’ve cut the classic Searing Heat as 6th board to spend more points in other boards and that’s ok, but it seems to me you can do better in board placement, I’d use enchantment master as first board and burning instinct as last to get the bonuses, it’s too hard (and probably useless) to stack up >500 willpower, investing in dex to get over 500 and unlock the boni makes more sense to me
You right, i’ll test another configuration. But i think i’ll lose 20 vs burning to gain +20 all elements
I’ve been using a mix of fire and ice recently.
Frozen orb(with aspect) and Ice Shards Enchantment
Fire Wall and Blizzard(with Glacial Aspect)
Teleport/Ice armor/Fire Shield/Frost Nova
You can get the fire wall damage to stack up to 50k although I have seen up to 100k with the right paragon setup, and the ice spikes hit for 100-200k against vulnerable if you stacked it properly.
More recently though, I swapped out fire wall and the 500% burning damage node for attack speed from the paragon boards and Ice Blades, and I focused on cdr and mana cost reduction.
I liked fire wall though it gives 35%X mana regeneration which is a huge help to cast Blizzard more often! You could check how it fares against Hydra or another skill in your Build?
I wanted to try Hydra but tbh I didn’t want to swap out the current aspects, I can’t use the Oculus while it does its random stuff… and I really miss the teleport enchantment, but also I sometimes swap out the Ice Shards enchantment for the Fire Bolt one or the teleport one, so that Frozen Orb also applies burning, it looks gorgeous.
Not if you raise your dex to 530,of course you will need a couple of items at least with + all stats. Your dexterity is going to be higher of your willpower, it will be easier to get that boni, a +dex roll on the helm might be fine as well, you are also gaining %Crit chance in the process so it’s less of a waste. You sit at 484 dex, 1 dex roll on the helm and you are good (you don’t even need an high one) , or you can go for 1 all stats on the weapon and 1 on gloves/helm/boots
Only downside is umbral’s lack of effect on bosses. Pretty nice looking build though!
@Taoru : yep, on boss, mana is a probleme, but Hydras are doing the job !
@Sethesh : after spending 5M Gold, I changed my paragon board. I update the D4planner link.
Now I have lost 20 vs burning and DR vs Elites, but I gain a lot of cold damages : 190 with all elements and 291 with cold. I don’t understand why, on Icefall board, when I active “+5.0% Cold Damage” I get +14% … so activating 4 Nodes (3 x +5% and rare node Cryomancy +20% cold) I get +100% cold damages instead of +35%. D4 planner and the game give me the same result. I don’t know if it’s a bug with “Reinforced Glyph” or a particular mechanic … someone have an answer ?
I lost a bit of defences, but I gain some DPS with blizzard.
That’s how the Reinforced glyph (same as Tactician and Warding) works, it gives a 125% bonus to the node. Frosts is normally a +15%, the willpower bonus brings it to 30, apply the 125% bonus=30*2.25=67.5 so actually there’s nothing strange. It’s the reason why people usually places Tactician in the Frigid fate board to get a great boost to vulnerable damage. I noticed that your dexterity is now lower, I don’t get why. I went the same route to Cryomancy but in the end I dropped it as I felt the extra chill wasn’t necessary, you might try to drop those points and check if things still freeze in a decent amount of time (the boost to chill doesn’t make a difference for me), those points might be spent elsewhere. Then I dropped damage reduction vs chilled as well because if the enemies are chilled and about to be frozen they are less of a threat. But that’s personal taste of course. You are doing well, I watched the video, it’s cool to have blizzard and hydra, and there’s still some tinkering to do to get better, like getting the extra bonus from the Ruinous node that you are missing by just 4 willpower points. As I wrote in the previous posts I am pretty sure you would benefit a lot from a couple of all stats rolls on some pieces of gear. Damage frankly didn’t look impressive, have you already leveled up all of your glyphs to 21?

My point is : Reiforced Glyph give +125% to all node IN THE RANGE. And Cryomancy is not in the rage…
