Build defining aspects need to be target farmable

I’m sick and tired of beating the entire game before I can play the build I want. If you make a build 100% require a certain aspect that aspect better be in a dungeon.

All aspects should be accessible through targeted farming. Just because you can’t find a specific aspect for your build doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be obtainable through farming. If you’re looking for a tip, try searching for ‘target farming Diablo 4’ on Google. You’ll find a tool that can guide you on the best way to obtain your desired aspect based on your current class.

That isn’t even remotely a solution.

You’re correct, but this is what we currently have.

Problem is, some aspects aren’t part of the codex, so they can’t be farmed. You are completely at the mercy of random drops or luck at the obol merchant.

Can be a bit discouraging after a few dozen levels of legendary farming.

I disagree. It’s nice to have some builds that you can only make after you’ve found an item, so that they aren’t guaranteed season starter builds and there are some things to work towards.

You can use the merchant, whisper caches, and helltide chests to target them.

None of those are target farming. They narrow the list of possible drops a bit, but none target a specific aspect.

That doesn’t work when there is no endgame. It would be fine if you got a build at level 90 if there was something to do but there isn’t. Every build should be available at level 1 so you can play the way you want since the game ends so quickly.
