I died to Tormented Duriel. Once I rejoined the fight there was 2 copies of the Fangs of Duriel and when I killed them it said dungeon complete. Duriel didn’t show up again and the altar is gone as well. Can’t TP to town. Lost my mats and can’t get them back. Fix this please.

Same thing just occurred to me, bit annoying when you gotta farm for their pinnacle boss just to get screwed. Hopefully they fix this sooner rather than later…
