Agreed the tenets seem to be bugged. I cannot light or interact with any of the shrines in Spiritcall Forest. I have watched videos of others on how to do it, but I cannot interact with the shrines at all. I have teleported, changed difficulty level, but it does not work.
Why did yall include a super buggy feature that is already a pain to do, but even worse when the only fix so far is to log out and log back in. If your lucky, once will fix it otherwise 3-5 times is required to just complete one akarat statue. Then theres the issue that if someone in the server completes its you canāt do it and have to as stated above log out and log back in to reset it. Fix this, yall charged full price for this broken dlc that wasnt honestly worth $20. This should have been free with the lack of quality and content.
There actually is a guaranteed way to solve it.
Go to an instance where it hasnāt been completed recently.
lol yea thats kinda hard to do since it puts you in instances at random, however, you can up your chances by swapping to a difficulty most people donāt play. hard, expert, t2, t3 seem to be the least busy ones. Or logging on during off-hours.
It seems like the issue is that if one person in the instance completes some of the tenets, it completes it for all players in said instance but it only lets the original person have access to collect the tenet. and then lord knows how long it takes to reset the thing for the instance.
By swapping to a difficulty less used, theres a higher chance that the tenet wont be completed in any of the instances. Also playing during off-hours is the same solution.
How can something that buggy, that requires multiple logoff, changing difficulty or any kind of workaround be considered a good thing and not being fixed by the dev is unacceptable any either need to be fixed or removed, but I know, it has to be expected now in 2024, high quality of a prduct is less important then the saleās profitsā¦

I have never paid Ā£79 for an expansion and will never do again. The game crashes something like 10 times a day, most of the tenet are bugged for me even today. Itās refund time just canāt accept playing such a bad buggy game

Same. This has to be the buggiest expansion Iāve ever regretted paying for. In all likelihood, itāll also be my last Diablo 4 expansion. These Tenets of Akarat are the last straw.
For me, after disabling cross gameplay 8/10 was working without problem. Even if it was bugged teleport to town and back solved the problem. Still have to do the remaining 20 so Iām not 100% sure this solves the problem for all tenets
Trying going down a level. I had the same issue in Torment III but when I did the Tenets in Torment I they all worked

Hi guys I found a way to be able to get all the tenets at the character selection turn off cross platform and then go get them then turn it back on if you so choose to when you are done. It worked for me and I was able to get them all!

Had same issues here but I found changing difficulty down and retrying it worked.
