Hello guys .For me also was 3 tenet bugged .I disable multinetwork and all bugged tenet worked to me.Try it.

I got all but had to relog a lot of times, it was a bit random as many of them were not interactable
5 tenets not working so far. Teleporting or relogging didnāt help. Gonna stop for now and hope it gets fixed asap.

Iām stuck at 29/30 canāt get the shrine achievement in kurast , there is one shrine near a waterfall in the Teganze Plateau that nothing can be done, the 3 shrines are lit up

EDIT: OK the problem got solved by login-out, and login-in at the exact location where the shrine isā¦ it worked for all shrines in Kurast, I got achivement , a beautiful lion. So guys, the Shrines are really bugged, have to log out and log in.
I had the same issue, and I ran into a random player that had the same issue, he told me to drop the world state to Normal instead of Hard or Torment 1. I hope it works fine with you 
Edit: some didnāt work on Normal, but worked on Expert, I guess it is something related to the world difficulty.

Try to change the world difficulty between Normal and Expert. It worked with me

I was able to farm all 30 today
probably 25 out of 30 I had to either relog or TP back and forth to town to get them to work, as said above if someone else in your instance completed it you wonāt be able to interact with the guardian statues

this. I did exactly this. left game and entered back and worked like a charm!
There ARE some where the statues are already lit, but the tenet itself is defiled. You have to attack the defiled tenet in order to click it. Not sure if this is one but in case it is, wanted to let you know!
There ARE still issues. They are definitely bugged. i should not have to log out and back in.
the one in Bloodstained Heights also not working, nothing can be activate

Log out of the game and disable cross play in the settings and then log in again. Thatās the only thing that worked for some of them.

worked had to try five times but then i got it.
People are coming up with all sorts of (sometimes working, mostly not) solutions to the āriddlesā that are just bugged tenetsā¦ Whereās Blizzard in all of this? They should be fixing this!!
Instead of us trying all sorts of things that rarely work:
- teleport to town and back
- leave game and join again
- disable crossplay
- close the game entirely and start it back up
- relog to a different character and then back again
Nothing really worksā¦ Come on Blizzard, just fix this already!!

Many more donāt work. We need a hot fix. Also, when in group, none will work. Got to ungroup, leave game, leave launcher, enter game eventually again, and then some (not all) will work, some half work but no monsters spawn and stupid black effect around the statue that black out the area around it. Really Blizzard, ever heard of testing out the stuff you add? Was it too expensive? Wanted to please the investors? Remember who pays you, itās the gamers.

tried to do a couple in five hills Tenet of Akarat not working click the stones to light them but nothing happens

They are defiled, but no waves of monsters are showing up. fix pls
Same issue with multiple tenants. Not present, unclickable, spam clickable, complete all the test and still wonāt activate. Etc.
