There is a bug where the R3 scroll function while reading item stats/description does not work, having to close out the game and restart every time I encounter this. Though i’d point it out to you Dev’s if it has not already been pointed out! Thanks!

Yes that happened to me. I could use the R stick for everything like zooming in and out, but I couldn’t scroll on my Paragon board or talent tree to get useful information.
Reset Xbox and it was fixed.
Having same issue can’t scroll down to look at items
Im on ps5, but this worked for me. Go to Game > Options > Controls and swap inner dead zone and outer dead zone. Dropped inner to 0 and increased outer to 10. Fixed the issue without having to log out/restart and worked after re-launching game.

Didn’t change anything on my PS5
Same issue here. The game is unplayable because I cannot see half of the effects on the items.
Go pile on my post in the bug report forum. That’s where it’s most likely to be seen.

This issue tends to reoccur but is supposed to be fixed in the next update.

Yep I have a regular PS5 and I started getting this a couple of weeks ago too.
