When I talk to a npc and open their menu for buy, it closes automatically so I can’t buy weapons and I can’t progress through the main story. Any ideas or tips?

Same issue, along with a few others. I can NEVER use an armor or weapons npc, Never have boss on map or timer for it, and most of the time, I don’t get the counter for the cinders in hell tide, if I do, it doesn’t last, especially if I accidentally wander outside of the helltide area for a moment, sometimes my helltide areas aren’t even red… we’ve tried clearing the game cache, we’ve tried the scan and repair tool, neither worked. Game was only recently installed, but deletion, and reinstallation is about the only option I have left. And WHY IS THERE NO IN-GAME WAY TO REPORT BUGS LIKE THIS???
