This bug has happened to me twice in the last few days. Today the aspect was from an sacred amulet, and deals 42% more damage to enemies that are immobilized, stunned or frozen. An important addition to my build, I’m currently level 54 and only seen this aspect once. Please restore it to my account if possible. Thank you!
This happened to me, too. I had a ring with Accelerating Offensive Aspect. Paid the Occultist to extract the aspect. Ring was destroyed, but no Aspect was placed in my Codex! Character name is “Xonk”.
Yeah I extracted Blood Getter’s for 2 more skellies, item is destroyed and now no aspect. This game kinda sucks.
This just happened to me and today is Aug 10, 2023! I extracted the Ice Shard Pierce (9x) and it didn’t show up in my inventory aspects tab. I am so upset right now!!! 
I’ve only gotten this aspect one time. Very rare encounter. I’ve only gotten ice shard pierce 4 [3-4]. Then I got the one with 9!!! But it disappeared after extracting!
