There is a closed treasure chest outside the Oblivion dungeon in Eriman’s Pyre, Hawezar.
When I hover my mouse cursor over the treasure chest, it says: “Interact.” However, the treasure chest can’t be interacted with. I have not opened it before in the past few weeks.
