Enhanced Ball Lightning right now is bugged, it DECREASES damage instead of increase with more attack speed. Please fix it

Don’t know it is just visual bug or real issue. If any dev see this, please check for it!

UP. The skill stills bugged. With more speed = less damage.

I really hope they fix this instead of declaring it to be working as intended and add the correct information to the tooltip stating as such.
Can confirm, attack speed reduces the damage of Ball Lightning with Enhanced Ball Lightning
