Bug: Sorc Aspects Not Triggering

I have two aspects that do not appear to trigger:

  1. Lucky Hit Chance increased by 17% when you have a barrier active.
    ---- I tested this with Ice Armor and my Lucky Hit Chance Bonus did not change (44.4%)

  2. Iceheart Brais’s enemies that die while frozen have 14% chance to Frost Nova. Maybe I’m killing mobs too fast, but I never notice this.
