The Sightless 2pc set on Rogue not giving “all concealment upgrades” when concealment proc’s using: dash (primer upgrade) + Shrouded gift pants.

bro.. i just noticed this as well. i swapped over from the “Recuperate” talent which fortifies you to the “Calculation” talent for overpower damage since I just picked up my 3 set piece for Sightless. I swapped them out a few times, and do not receive both benefits even with a 5 Sightless set.

It seems it still hasn’t been fixed over the last few patches. I noticed this too in switching from using Narrow Eye to using Sightless Eye for my rogue build to use Shadow Clone.
Using Smoke Grenade Silhoutette, Shrouded Gift activates Concealment after gaining Stealth (you do get Unstoppable and Unhindered) but breaking Stealth does not proc any of Concealment’s upgrades.
But if you cast Concealment directly, all of the upgrades are applied.
So the bug is Shrouded Gift gaining Concealment is it a state or is it considered an autocast of Concealment?
If you hover over the Concealment skill, the tooltip shows as all of the upgrades are available so the intent is there.

i know this is old, but i’m still not getting the upgrades even manually hitting concealment…not sure what’s going on.
You do get the upgrades if you manually cast Concealment. Auto-cast or via procs do not count and so you don’t get any of the upgrades triggering UNLESS you specifically allocated points in them. Guessing this was not intentional, but seeing as they let the Charm exploit go, it’s not something at the top of their priority fix list.
