bro.. i just noticed this as well. i swapped over from the “Recuperate” talent which fortifies you to the “Calculation” talent for overpower damage since I just picked up my 3 set piece for Sightless. I swapped them out a few times, and do not receive both benefits even with a 5 Sightless set.
