Bug: Rogue - Countering Stealth passive

Countering Stealth passive does not provide critical strike, if you recently place a Poison trap while having the Infiltrator’s Aspect.

Infiltrator’s Aspect -

Poison Trap no longer breaks Stealth and triggers no Cooldown or arm time while you are in Stealth. All Poison Traps activate when you exit Stealth and Poison Trap’s Cooldown will be seconds per trap placed.

Bumping this for visibility: this is still bugged in the live version of the game.

Reproduction steps:

Prereq: Have an item with Infiltrator’s Aspect equipped, have Concealment with Countering Stealth allocated in the skill tree

  1. Enter stealth using Concealment
  2. Drop at least one Poison Trap while stealthed
  3. Use any attack to break stealth

EXPECTED: Stealth-breaking attack is a guaranteed critical strike
ACTUAL: Stealth-breaking attack is not a guaranteed critical strike

This affects my build significantly so I’d appreciate it if it was acknowledged and fixed.

Can confirm issue is still present & steps to reproduce are accurate. If this is intended behavior (I hope not) then wording on the Countering Stealth modifier should be changed to reflect that it is the first skill used while in Concealment that is a guaranteed critical, not necessarily the skill that actually breaks Concealment. That seems unnecessarily limiting, though.

Activating poison trap in this circumstance also prematurely ends the Unstoppable status.

Yep I can confirm this as well, placing down the traps does not break stealth however you don’t get the otherwise guaranteed crit afterwards, when breaking a with a Core skill.
