Bug Report: Tested :Twisting blade no longer proc Bursting Venoms

Just made a new test on a full dungeon (Twisted Hollow NM48) with only bursting venom and TB. No Vile pothecary and no pestilent point. TB was at 46% LHC and 54% with second wind. Result is I got absolutely no proc of bursting venom at all on the entire dungeon.

I made an other experience. I went in open WT4 and put only TB as spell attack to see if siphoning strikes was procing on TB. I check my build to be sure it could be the only source of healing, cutting off momentum aspect (stolen vigor) of my gear.
I had temerity unique as witness (it gives healing but itā€™s on lucky hit too, so no interferences with test). If siphoning strike proc i should either see my life goes up or if life was full i should see a shield. On WT4 monster hits like noodle and with mitigation they canā€™t compensate siphoning strike healing. Guess whatā€¦ after 5 min of killing monster I ve seen not a single heal of siphoning strike on returning blade and itā€™s a 85% LHC on my TB which is 46% LHC. Itā€™s crazy. I see only few heals on direct initial hit.
Do the same thing with punture and flurry and in no time i see the healing and the shield go up.

To me itā€™s enough to confirm the fact that now TB (with blade dancer) canā€™t proc anything on returning blades, not only bursting venom, but it just canā€™t lucky hit at all. The only LHC is on direct initial hit which made LHC useless for TB.

It canā€™t be working as intended ? Blizz do your own tests and keep us informed, please.

Thanks for this.

I did a similar test removing pestilent points and had the same result.

Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

Iā€™m guessing v1.1.2 is going to address this issue.

Icy Alchemist is having the same issue. I made a post, if you wouldnā€™t mind commenting on it as well. Hoping it gains traction too.

Cheers,

Yeah, probably linked to the same issue with TB returning/spinning blades not able to proc any form of lucky hit. Which negate all skills and aspects build around lucky hit for TB. Most of observations converge to that. Only initial TB hit seems to be able to lucky hit, which is quite laughable at the moment.

Has this been fixed? I want to build a Lucky Hit build and Iā€™m not sure wether I should go for twisting blades or Flurry.
