[Bug Report] Sorcerer teleport enchantment does not trigger unstoppable

Description:

This is a bug report for the sorcerer teleport enchantment (dodge) not triggering unstoppable or effects that proc on unstoppable. Since unstoppable is a core part of teleport, it should carry over to teleport dodge.

Expected Behavior:

Teleport dodge (enchantment) should trigger ALL effects a teleport skill triggers unless stated otherwise.

Actual Behavior:

Teleport dodge (enchantment) triggers the following effects:

  1. Shimmering Teleport (+30% all damage reduction)
  2. Raiment of the infinite (close enemies stunned for 3s)

Teleport dodge (enchantment) does not and should trigger the following effects:

  1. Unstoppable. The base skill does and the dodge doesn’t. Dodge cannot be used to break CC or to trigger effects that proc on unstoppable while the main skill can.
  2. Ghostwalker+Unstoppable: Again, the main skill lets you ghostwalk while the dodge teleport doesn’t.

Yeah, the teleport enchant isn’t that useful at the moment, even if they did add this (or fix, if it’s unintentional) you’d still be hard pressed to give up 1 of 2 of your slots, they really need to give us the 3rd slot back, build diversity would increase a lot.

You can combine it with Raiment which I find useful but I don’t know how well it scales past 70.

If you mean nightmare dungeon tier 70+, you probably wanna go with a chest that gives damage reduction, since the raiment can’t have it, and also pulls in enemies, when the last thing you want is to be swarmed by enemies, I’m not talking from experience though, since I haven’t pushed high nightmare dungeon tiers, I’ve just heard people say damage reduction and armor is practically necessary at high tiers.

If you meant level 70, then it’s probably good even up to 100 (I haven’t reached 100 yet, either) and even good in nightmare dungeons as long as you don’t go super high.

Not sure why it’s not working for you? Everything works fine for me.
I get the animation over my head; I teleport in, then immediately dodge out of the group, and activate my bomb.

Sometimes items stop working if you play a long time and do things that change your status, like deep freeze. Really easy to test with the chill boots.

Best bet is to do a quick relog after each dungeon.

I think Teleport Enchant should keep unstoppable. While it is very powerful, you are using up 50% of your enchant potential for it.

If you are using the teleport enchantment how are you dodging out?

Yes, i hope blizzard can fix this. Using teleport enchant technically means, u convert the evade to teleport so it should inherit whatever your current teleport skill has. Be it unstoppable, etc.

The teleportation through Evade:

Prodigy’s aspect: Using a cooldown restores 15 mana is NOT TRIGGERED
passive Protection: Using a cooldown grants 30%(3/3) of your maximum life as a Barrier for 3 second. ->> WORKS FINE
