Do the bug report section of the forum work? As in, do the developers actually take a look at the risen issues and investigate it, in order to fix it? Or is that just for a show?
Ive seen some blues post there.
So yeah, im pretty sure. Last one I read was someone complaining about lag and the blue told them the problem was on there side.
Itâs definitely looked at more often when a new patch hits. Then periodically after that. If it works like any other programming issues thereâs usually a tier list of issues ranging from âfix immediatelyâ to âweâll get around to it eventuallyâ.
Thereâs also the issue of people not giving enough information, or running through basic troubleshooting steps when problems do occur. Saying thereâs issues with server connectivity doesnât help. Now if you stated what country you lived in, if you have done a trace route, if youâre using a vpn, etc it would go a lot further then âfix your servers!â
All depends on the issue though.
the community managers take reports from the bug forums and send them to the dev team. the problem is when a person reports a bug and has no clue how the bug occurred. this gives no input for them to be able to replicate it. those types of bugs are much harder to fix because they first have to identify what caused the bug. which often is near impossible. if you encounter a bug do the testing to figure out its exact cause before you report it. this will help the devs be able to fix it.
Just because you donât get the blue doesnât mean the blues have not seen it.
I see. Thank you.

At this point, Blizz being part of MS, I wouldnât be surprised if they used AI to summarize everything and then create backlog items.
Then pull a lottery wheel and see who takes each task.
No. Seventeen chars.
Is anyone else having a problem with the whisper campaigns?
Iâll âtrackâ a campaign and at some point it âuntracksâ and eliminates all progress.
I have to leave the game, sometimes multiple times and re-enter before it will allow me to track again.
