[BUG REPORT] Screen flickering even with AMD Freensync enabled

V-Sync drops the FPS to the hz cap, which is 144, so its not worth using.

And with AMD freesync there is a bit of flickering. Its worse on fullscreen than windowed but it happens.

It doesn’t look like the old-school sharp flickering, its a bit smoother but it still bothers me and its perceptible.

Anyone else having the same problem?

It’s a common occurrence for all blizzard games in my experience. So much so I can tell after an update when it gets turned back on. It’s worse on WoW than other games.
