You may be aware that among the purple color quests that appear when you play a new character in Diablo 4, there is one that requires us to upgrade to level 10 at the potion NPC. However, though I completed the upgrade from a potion NPC in a different area (such as Kurast) rather than the potion NPC in the Kyovashad area, I am continued to receive a message that the potion upgrade quest is not completed even though I have already reached the maximum level (10) of the potion.
