I am missing previous purchased items on my seasonal character. When I log into a previous eternal character, the items are still there. However, it does not carry over into seasonal character. This includes emotes, tombstones and cosmetics. I have attempted to reach out via web ticket and I was advised to come here. Please help fix this issue as of right now. I am not comfortable purchasing any more items until this is resolved. Thank you.
