I noticed that after this recent patch (1.3.4) the headstone cosmetics are no longer available. The only one is the basic version (default). The markers are greyed out for every other cosmetic – including those obtained through the battle pass.

same issue for me, I had a headstone from battle pass and I think one more. I do not see them at all, there are only placeholders for 11 headstones.
Hope it will be resolved…
I have the same problem, all the headstones are gone.
All my seasonal headstones are GONE from all my characters. Not just those from the current season, but also the ones from previous seasons. Granted, this is definitively the piece of content I care less about, but I would still like to know why this has happened.
Was this planned and announced, and I just missed the memo? Is it intentional? Is it a bug? What’s Blizzard’s policy with regards to in-game content that, once acquired, was supposed to be PERMANENT and account wide?
I’d like to have these questions answered before forking up more cash for more battle passes \ cosmetics and such stuff… I thought that stuff was permanent, now it looks like they can wipe it any time they like? Am I missing something?

same thing happened to me, everything disappeared, there are 12 places all blocked
Used battlepass finally, no headstones. Is blizzard going to look at this? Sheesh. How do I open a ticket?
Same problem here, and even got it further as the alert icon tells me i have a new headstone choice, but shows no other headstones besides default… lol 
same. Unlocked seasonal headstone, went to change out. POOF! no headstones at all. even from previous seasons. across whole account, Eternal toons as well. most anoying like mentioned is the icon for new headstone wont go away. idk why but it bothers me see it.
I posted about this erroneous issue and problem in D4 several days ago as well. It is just messed up how this can even happen, and shows how bad things are with D4! Unreal! Blizzard / Microsoft Gaming need to get it together and make sure they restore and fix this issue sooner than later, because this is not some “free item” in the game! These are earned rewards from Premium Battle Pass, which players PAID for! This is unacceptable! Blizzard needs to fix and resolve this soon! Unreal! - JJ -
They will add headstones to the store and force you to buy them ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Putting them on the in-game store would be a nice touch tho, but does not solve this problem. All that will do is, players end up paying for it on the in-game store, just so you still DONT have access to it… problem is not a money grab(they are missing out on quite a few to be honest), problem is not getting what we already paid for.

The same happens to me ! I claimed the premium season reward (tombstone), I wanted to change the appearance and I don’t have any. Has there been no response from the developers?

Did anyone’s headstones ever appear? I just noticed that my seasonal character has zero even though I bought multiple in the past.
A couple town portals appear for the character though.
all mine are still gone as well i cant find any fix for it
My belongings were also lost, and I paid money to buy them! Isn’t this fraud? I’m thinking of filing a lawsuit.
