[BUG] Finished VoH campaign in it's entirety, still do not have Coven's Favor and never got the bird pet

Hi all,
So I have completed the VoH campaign in it’s entirety on my eternal character, I have all mercenaries, I have no remaining “purple” quests or campaign quests but I still do not have access to the Coven’s Favor, and less important but I also never got the bird pet. I have tried talking to everyone I can in all the major towns but no luck.

I was going to include a link to a screenshot verifying that I completed the voh campaign on the quest tracker but the board won’t let me. Take my word for it, it says completed.

The bird pet is not part of the VOH campaign. It is a seasonal reward. Not a bug. Same for the Coven’s Favor.

Was hoping for more clarification on the issues about the Covens Favor board not showing. I also completed all quests including Vessel of Hatred. My character is an eternal character which changed from seasonal after I got VoH, if I remember it right. But I still can’t find the Covens favor board in Gea Kul. I’ve tried everything that I saw online to fix this but none of them worked for my case.
