It should generate a Barrier for 1.5% of Max Life every second up to 30% of max HP.
It doesn’t and at 4k hp is just generating a 120 points Barrier that doesnt go to 30% at all, it just stays at 120, no matter if you have 1 point in it or 3.
Fix ?

Having the same bug. Barrier generation trough the passiv skill stops at 120.
