I played the dungeon to get the Encircling Blades aspect (the one that makes rogues flurry 360 degrees). Then i got disconnected. When i rejoined the game the codex said that the aspect was not unlocked but that the dungeon was completed. I played through it again and didn’t get the aspect that time either. I’ve also checked the place where you apply aspects and it says it is locked there too. So i am basically unable to get this aspect unless i get it as a random drop.

This happened to me too with “Grinning Labyrinth”. I disconnected in the middle of the dungeon but it came back and was playable although I had the “Connecting to Server” on the top-left corner. I ended up beating the dungeon and got drops and it seems the dungeon was marked as completed but I did not get the “Aspect of the Calm Breeze” Aspect and running it again does not unlock it in the Codex of Power either.
Edit: I was able to make a second character and was given the option to skip the story and ran straight to the Dungeon and had a friend clear the dungeon for me and I was able to get the Aspect (since Codex is Account-Shared, whereas Dungeon completion is Character-Bound)
Good to know there is a way to get the aspect then. Will have to try that when i get on later today

Still an issue - rank Akkhan’s Grasp twice on the same character did not unlock it either time.
somewhere (forgotten depth wont unlock an aspect), it shows like it is already done on the map but the index is not showing as unlocked
