[Bug] Corpse Tendrils Duration increases delay

Which makes the tempering affix really bad. Avoid the stat for now unless you push deep into the pit and elites actually live a while.

I actually find it useful, I am leveling in helltides, and have the autocast unique ring, can’t believe my luck with getting that drop so early in the game. where it cycles through corpse explosion, corpse tendrils, and summon skeleton every 10-15 seconds,

You can use the delay to help group up monsters better, and I just got an item last night that adds a pull mechanic to my blight pools, so that helps group things up with a whole new layer.

In farm content, I use the ring as well. I’m not sure how the delay can help with stacking enemies. My shadow mages don’t deal much damage until mobs are stacked and they can pierce the whole pack.

Oh ok, see i use them more for aggro control, I really don’t care about their damage, I plan to eventually get rid of them and go full Darkness DoT with no minions at all, once I get Lidless Wall.

I got like 3 of them early from iron wolf caches leveling up and a few more from other places. It seems super common atm.

Although, there’s a sticky up about certain unique drops being bugged on bosses so I wouldn’t be surprised if the drop rate of this was accidentally higher than intended.

Just discovered the issue my self. very annoying that it delays casting. was hoping for a longer stun. i wonder if its working as intended and just labeled weird?

I’m sure it’s unintentional. Anything above 50% makes the skill hardly usable.

bug aside, does the duration temper increase the length of vulnerable?

it does not. per the description vulnerable stays at 3seconds.
stun time goes from 3 to 4.48seconds when adding my 49% corpse tendrils duration chest piece.

and some very quick testing on the dummy target seems to agree.

tbf never considered using it as i don’t have the slots, so never actually read the description :smiley:
