I have a problem with the chat in the game. Local chat, trading and whisper do not work. I changed the settings, reinstalled the game, no result. I have a local chat tab, but no one sees what I write, they don’t see me either. I wrote to support and they sent it here. Help!

I have the same issue on PS5
I would like to add more information. Yesterday I logged into a friend’s Steam account and launched my game through his account and the whole chat works there! It turns out that the problem is not in the game client and certainly not in my PC, but in the Steam or Battlenet account. Can you check this somehow?

I have the same problem, my game is from Steam and all the chat settings are active to send private messages, apparently it seems to be an error between Steam and Battle.net, I already sent a ticket and they said it was parental control, then they removed it and nothing, in the game everything is active for conversation in private chat.
