Bug? "Can't imprint this aspect"

Hi guys, so I tried imprinting an aspect on a ring and everything seems to be correct (as I can put the items in the imprint window) but after clicking the “Imprint” button, it will close the window and show the message “That item cannot have Aspects imprinted on it”. I also tried it with other (sacred) rings, but no luck. Then I tried it on a non-sacred ring and it worked. Everyone I’ve asked says it’s a bug but I’m not sure.

I can’t post pictures, but just to clarify:

  • I can put the sacred rings and the aspect in the imprint window
  • I can click the “Imprint Aspect” button
  • After clicking the button, the window will close and a message “That item cannot have Aspects imprinted on it”
  • The rings (lvl 50+) I’ve tested with are regular Sacred Rare Rings, nothing unique about them
  • The aspect (Accelerating Offensive Aspect) was non-sacred and yes it does work for rings, lvl 39 aspect

This is a bug that’s happened to me too, relogging fixed it for me.

This just started happening to me on all sacred items.
I can’t put any aspect on anything that’s sacred.

Ok, so this has worked for me and others, double the amount of gold required for it. It sounds silly, but it works for some reason. If it costs 50,000 to imprint, have 100,000.
