I can’t add the “Legendary” aspect to the amulet I crafted, which dropped a “Gem Strength” and which I successfully enchanted, but for some reason I can’t add the aspect to it. I also upgraded the item’s quality to “Mythic.”
I got a “Gem Strength” item in a loot drop, and I’ve been grinding for it ever since—it’s still a customizable item.
