[Bug] 4 player Duriel unkillable

Build: 2.2.0.64271
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a party of 4 players (does not occur if 1-3 players)
  2. Start echo of duriel fight
  3. Bring duriel down to 66% HP

Expected result:
Duriel enters scripted burrow phase, and his HP can be further reduced afterwards

Actual result:
Duriel never enters scripted burrow phase, and is therefore unkillable. The fight cannot be finished.

Seems to be fixed in
2.2.0.64424
(No such fix was mentioned in patch notes)
