I killed Lilith and got the guaranteed Unique ring Mother’s Embrace. I equipped it then Blizzard disconnected me during the cutscene with Lorath. When I logged back in, I didn’t have the ring and I had been rolled back and had to kill Lilith again. I did that but she didn’t drop the Mother’s Embrace.
I have checked my stash and everywhere I can think of, but it’s not there. I want it added back to my account. It was already annoying enough to have to kill Lilith again.
I had this exact same issue happen. Are we just out of luck, or could blizzard send the ring to our “missed items” tab at the stash.
Still don’t have my Mother’s Embrace.

I had the same issue. For me i was watching the cut scene and got throw out in the middle of watching where Lilith is facing off against her nemesis.
When i got back in i was on the other side of the cutscene. I was a little disgruntled since the scene was awesome and i watched it on youtube.
When i logged back in a patch had to be installed after which i was reverted back to an earlier point in time and the ring did not drop for me nor did it go to my stash. Its a bit upsetting since it is something i would have liked to get and would certainly have noticed if it dropped.
