I have just tried to finish fading echo on t4 twice, both times when you get to boss fight you kill everything that spawns and it still says there are 4 foes to kill, you cant tp to town, you cant exit the dungeon, all you can do is exit game, came back, did it again, still the same. I need this for an achievement, very frustrating!
