Bring some of the classic monsters back from D1 and D2. KAA the Souless to wander around anywhere in the desert or have Lazarus randomly be at certain Strongholds for an additional task to complete. Have the witch doctor with a gang of annoying stygian blow darters, pop out of no where in Nahantu, even during a world boss battle, cellar or dungeons. Bring back the blood or death lords for dungeons. Gloams, randomly appear in Hawezar. Have a random cellar with multiple levels for the Countess. Combine Radament and Creeping Feature for wandering monsters. And have a secret dungeon for the arcane sanctuary. In the helltides, have a legion of acid spitters. In the Pit, have a random level have doom knights and all other monster types from D1.
