So I’ve read the posts, I’ve seen it doesn’t apply to HC/Seasonal toons, I’ve made and re-made a normal, Eternal Spiritborn and yet the chest for the boost is still just a decoration. Even included an image below as reference.

Is the boost a play-time based thing, am I perhaps too recently played to receive it, or…? I even tried it on my Eternal Druid and the chest doesn’t even exist.
I cannot see it on a new or existing character ?
Ask @Iggi lol…I bet there is a logical explanation. Best submit a bug report.
That’s odd, I had no issues making a brand new level 1 character and getting the quest to pop up automatically. I still haven’t used any of my boosts mind you (you only get 2 one for the base game one for VoH).
That quest should pop up automatically upon logging into any character on the Eternal Realm (non-HC of course).
Dumb as it may sound, have you tried going to ‘Normal’ difficulty?
Used mine this morning just fine. You only get 2 though.
