Tried to put the Brawl Glyph into the Flawless Technique Board and it doesn’t seem to have any effect whatsoever on the Damage Reduction.
It isn’t showing the increase in green letters like other Runes do and there is also no increase showing up in the stat screen.
+1 to this, not seeing any indication that the Weapon Master glyph is having any effect on the Hemorrhage board’s “Damage Reduction from Enemies That Are Bleeding” nodes; the bonus to Physical Damage Over Time, however, is showing up in green.

It doesn’t look like the Brawl Glyph is working. I don’t see any change to the nodes that it’s supposed to be affecting.
I thought I was going crazy. I have the Brawl Glyph inserted on the Flawless Technique Board. I do have the bonus for “Brawling Skills deal increased damage”, that shows up in green, but the two Rare Nodes “Brash” and “Heavy Blows” aren’t being affected.
Does anyone from Blizzard actually read this forum and document these bugs so that they can be fixed?

My “Brawl” glyph is at Level 12. If it were working correctly, my build would be a lot stronger.

I experience the same issue, the Brawl glyph doesn’t affect neither dmg bonuses nor dmg reduction. Same goes for Weapon master glyph. I put them in the carnage board it seems like it doesn’t matter. @Blizzard or sth
