Finally got around to recording a pit run, and made my debut on helltides dot com leaderboard. coming in at #48 for Sorcs and 1k something overall. Non shatter build

I’d say technically it falls under advertising, if anything you could change your title to something along the lines of Brag Post - ranked in top 50 of pit runs.

Yeah I know. I never have before today, and this isn’t my best run ever just the first one I happened to record.
It’s not so much that I care about my rank as it is because I have been commenting a lot about Sorcs on forums lately, and I just thought I’d back up my statements about knowing/being able to play the class.

Congrats but that looks painful. Not a knock on you. It looks painful for pretty much anyone. Thats on the game and the development. They managed to take farming content and make it not only boring af, which farming content usually is, but they managed to make it take way too long for pretty much no reward. Its just poor game design all around.
Not bad, and there is still room for your character to grow.
Den Mother is one of the squishiest bosses in pits but it still took you five mins to kill.
yep lots of room. if you saw the gear you’ll know I have 0 4 stars, 1 3-star a couple of 2 star and mostly 1 star. My aspects are also garbage, and i’m running “General content” build vs one designed for pit.
Some day I hope to get a Raiment with int/gc GAs, and an amulet with int/conj GAs and maybe some better gloves
I recon the skills and paragons as is could take this char to 100 at least with max storm swell/shredding/splintering and the neck/raiment, maybe another tier or 2 past 100.
I also wasted a ton of time on the trash. This is not my best clear by far just the first one I recorded and was able to submit shortly after this i cleared a 96 with almost 4 min to spare but borked the recording by clicking outside game to start music 
I could post a 3.5 min-ish 150 on my SB but that somehow feels like less of an accomplishment than the 95 on the sorc

I normally wouldn’t bother either, but if season 7 hits with no further changes to Sorc, I want to be able to say “I remember when a Sorc used to be able to complete pit above tier 50… I have a video to prove it”

Yes I heard 1:56 pit 150 really impressive. I wish my SB could do that without using antivenin potion. Oh well a guy can dream I guess.
